Our Tiny single room on the 1st floor has an open bathroom area.
On 13m² there is a single bed 90x200, a desk with flat screen TV and a clothes rack.
This room has no balcony and no lake view.
All our rooms have blinds. Our house has no air conditioning, but the rooms can be cooled or heated via the floor.
